The name brands came out on top almost everytime but surprisingly, there was a dollar pair that gave pretty good UV protection-no light was let in! For a buck! Not bad Dollar Tree and 99 Cent Store!

So the next time you forget your sunglasses and run into the discount store to buy some cheap shades-chances are they're not going to block many damaging rays. So buy one of their cheap hats too!
