Sunglasses in Your Urban Wear
By Melanie Perkins
Urban Wear has turn out to be an international way of life. However, despite the subdued adjustments with both the apparel and accessories, there are constantly several elements that remain; like shoes, jewelry and shades. Sunglasses in your urban attire seem to be a mainstay need.
When you are into urban style, possessing a few major eye glasses is basically a must. These days, you can find diverse styles of sunglasses to suit your personal tastes and even your individual quirkiness. From plastic to metal to glass, take your pick. In terms of design, it looks that over-sized sunglasses are the most favorite for urban style. The huge bug eye shades are similar to the glasses of the seventies. Talk to your mom and dad or grandpa and grandma on the sorts of shades or sunglasses they have back then and you are going to see some comparable styles to the ones that are well-known today.
The thought is that urban wear is getting things to stand out and offer your own individuality and design. You may see hip-hop singers sporting those custom extra-large eye wear yet you do not have to emulate them if that's not your taste at all. If the over-sized glasses are not your thing then a person may switch to the more conventional kinds. There are head hugging shades that stick to the shape of the sides of your head. There are rimless eyeglasses, half rimmed, dark ones, light models, lined ones, refractive, multi-colored rims and possibly spectacles that have shapes in them. You possibly can find the best eyeglasses for you from the selection of sunglasses available these days so there is absolutely no need to copy anything that is not comfortable.
For the figures of the face, a round one needs sunglasses that are fairly thin. These sorts of sunglasses will aid your face to look longer to make up with the more or less even length and width. If you have an oval-shaped face, shades that are broad will fit best for you. In the same way, a face with a narrow temple widening down the chin needs huge shades as well. On the other hand, a narrow chin and wide temple needs sun shades that have light-colored casings and rimless shades. These types of shades will keep the focus away from your forehead. A square face needs broad glasses while a diamond-shaped face must have rimless types to accentuate the narrow jaw line and wide cheek bones. Meanwhile, a person will probably need glasses that add some depth to an oblong shaped face.
Considering skin color, if you have bluish or pinkish coloration spectacles that come under the shades of blue, black, brown or magenta works well. Together with skin tones close to yellow and gold, the greatest sunglasses would be copper, orange, tan or off-white. Sun shades in your urban wear are usually really something that solicits creativity and personality of the wearer.
Sun Glasses in your wardrobe is essential. If you are a girl, it is even more important that you have at least one evening dress in your closet. Sometimes cocktail dresses can also be as crucial so check out your closet now and see what you are missing. Buy one now!

Choosing Childrens's Eyeglasses for Back To School Time
It's Back to School time for most areas in the United States. If your child has recently been diagnosed with nearsightednes, farsightedness or astigmatism by their optometrist they'll be needing new lenses and frames.
All kinds of things need to be considered-your child's reluctance to suddenly having to wear eyeglasses, being teased in school, getting used to the new glasses, what type of glasses are best for your child, where and how to buy them, etc.
Don't forget these tips when choosing children's eyeglasses.....
* Have your child's eyes examined during summer vacation. You might arrange for your child getting their glasses before the school season starts and have them see and spend time with their friends. This way if their friends want to tease them it's done outside of school and not in front of other kids. Get the teasing and comments over before school begins so the transition regarding wearing new eyeglasses will be smoother and more quiet.*After a few days, the other kids will be used to your kid's new glasses and things will get easier.
* What material is ideal for lenses ? Polycarbonate is one of the best materials for your child's eyeglass lenses. It is scratch-resistant and offers full UV or ultraviolet light protection from the sun. Kids are notorious for being hard on their personal items such as glasses. Polycarbonate features High-Impact Protection for your child's glasses.
* A fun way to get new glasses for your child is to let them choose the frames online and then get the lenses made offline by a company who has their optical lens technicians custom make the lenses. There are many online companies who feature a nice selection of kid's eyeglass frames so it'll be fun for your child to peruse them and choose which ones they want.
* Keep in mind the shape of your child's face. Check out the earlier post about choosing the best lenses according to a person's facial shape. Some styles will look better than others on a face because of the uniqueness of every face. There's no one-style-fits-all frame out there.
* One last tip-probably best to buy a second pair when buying eyeglasses. Kids have a habit of losing and breaking things. Even if the lenses are impact resistant, damage can occur and having a second pair around means your child will be able to effortlessly see clearly with no delays.

Pros: Comfortable, Optimal clarity
I have had mine for 2 years now. They are customized with the polished frame and prescription polarized ice iridium lenses. I would recommend them to anyone. I have a giant head and they are super snug. After two years the nose joints are very loose. I need to send them in, but can't live without them long enough to bring myself to send them in. I recommend polarized ice iridium to anyone for any pair of oaks. The clarity is absolutely amazing.... NOTHING touches it.

Best UV Protection-Cheap Sunglasses Versus Brands
A new study shows that name brand sunglasses will give your eyes the best protection. A Roanoke VA news website did a study of really cheap ($1.00) sunglasses and popular name brand sunglasses.
The name brands came out on top almost everytime but surprisingly, there was a dollar pair that gave pretty good UV protection-no light was let in! For a buck! Not bad Dollar Tree and 99 Cent Store!
The Optician they interviewed promotes Polarized sunglasses as the overall best for filtering glare and absorbing most U-V-A and U-V-B light.
So the next time you forget your sunglasses and run into the discount store to buy some cheap shades-chances are they're not going to block many damaging rays. So buy one of their cheap hats too!

Choose Sunglasses-What's Right For You
Not an easy thing to do-choosing new glasses.
You've got to take a little time and think about what's right for you. You can get dazzled by all the hot and Glam styles featured on online eyewear stores. There are thousands of eyeglass styles (frames/lenses) to choose from!
Ask Yourself These Questions Before Purchasing:
Where you'll be wearing your new glasses will help determine what to buy. If they're for casual purposes, you can have fun experimenting with new and Glam styles. But, if you'll be wearing these new ones to the office or in a formal business setting it's best to choose lenses and frames that give you that polished professional look.
As for Sunglasses-prescription, casual, glam and sporty are your choices. You'll be wearing these in the elements, so try to get the best lenses you can afford. It always pays to buy high quality glasses that offer scratch resistance and full protection from the sun's rays.
Facial Profiling!
Your "Face Shape" will decide for you which type of lenses and frames to buy. People generally try to compensate for shape imperfections with frames that hide or distract from those weaknnesses.
Example: long thin square-jawed type faces will look better by softening with roundish types of lenses and frames.
Example: rounded faces take on a more flattering and interesting look with broader and wider shaped glasses.
Don't forget hair style and color as well as skin tone. Remember which colors make you look your best!
Consider all of the above when making that final decision to buy what, where and why. Your carefully considered purchase will boost your confidence and give you that professional, glam or sporty look you're after.
